     Leonard Wesley Chambers was born on 3 December 1912 in Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia. He was the son of Leonard Joshua Chambers and Maggie Lee Smith. Leonard Wesley Chambers married Lillian Spangler, daughter of David C. Spangler and Janie Florence Ballard, 12 August 1939 in Pearisburg, Giles County, Virginia.

     Leonard Wesley Chambers died 12 February 1988.
