     Allen Israel Harless Sr. was born in 1817 in Montgomery County, Virginia. He was the son of Samuel Harless and Elizabeth Price. Allen Israel Harless Sr. married Elizabeth Roberts, daughter of Joseph Roberts, 1 October 1841 in Montgomery County, Virginia. Allen Israel Harless Sr. married Martha Ann Wolfe, daughter of Isaac Wolfe and Martha Stone, 27 July 1864 in Spruce Run, Giles County, Virginia.

     Allen Israel Harless Sr. died 17 February 1888 in Long Shop, Montgomery County, Virginia.

     Elizabeth Roberts was born in 1818. She was the daughter of Joseph Roberts. Elizabeth Roberts married Allen Israel Harless Sr., son of Samuel Harless and Elizabeth Price, 1 October 1841 in Montgomery County, Virginia.

     Elizabeth Roberts died April 1862.

     Talitha C. Harless was born on 5 January 1842 in Long Shop, Montgomery County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Allen Israel Harless Sr. and Elizabeth Roberts. Talitha C. Harless married John Heavener, son of Strother Heavener and Fanny Price, 5 November 1863.

     Talitha C. Harless died 30 April 1924 in Montgomery County, Virginia.

     John Heavener was born on 15 April 1835 in Pulaski County, Virginia. He was the son of Strother Heavener and Fanny Price. John Heavener married Talitha C. Harless, daughter of Allen Israel Harless Sr. and Elizabeth Roberts, 5 November 1863.

     John Heavener died 1910.
