     Cecil Tolbert Harless was born on 19 February 1895 in Alkol, Lincoln County, West Virginia. He was the son of William Preston Harless and Emma Marion Breedlove. Cecil Tolbert Harless married Lela Rose Silvers, daughter of Lewis Silvers and Adeline Fisher, circa 1929.

     Cecil Tolbert Harless died 3 November 1990 in Bexar County, Texas.

     Martha Alice Harless was born on 23 January 1900 in Alkol, Lincoln County, West Virginia. She was the daughter of William Preston Harless and Emma Marion Breedlove. Martha Alice Harless married Fred Harless, son of John William Harless and Margaret Jane Dunlap, 10 September 1921 in Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia.

     Martha Alice Harless died 7 January 1970 in Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia.
