Charles William Hurt

b. 10 November 1860, d. 24 February 1946
     Charles William Hurt was born on 10 November 1860 in Union, Monroe County, Virginia. He was the son of J. G. Hurt and Polly Ballard. Charles William Hurt and Sarah Jane Harless , daughter of Benjamin Franklin Harless and Martha Ann Allen, were married on 3 June 1883 in Fayette County, West Virginia.

     Charles William Hurt died 24 February 1946 in Elm Street, Charleston, West Virginia. John Franklin Hurt Sr. gave the information for the death certificate.
